Mountain Biking in North Wales

Thousands of cyclists and mountain bikers come to North Wales every week for some of the best cycling in the UK. And it’s about to get much better.

A short journey brings you our panoramic views across mountains, lakes, forests and valleys where you can cycle our challenging climbs, technical singletrack and swooping descents. Until now our cycling hotspots have been unconnected, and some are still well-kept secrets, but we have big plans to join them together to make a mountain biking trail linking Llandegla to the Clwydian Range, Brenig and Betws-y-Coed. There will be improved facilities en route and we will be creating a multi-million pound Adventure Hub at Betws-y-Coed where you can book all sorts of other outdoor activities.

Quite simply, this area will be a world-class mountain biking destination, for all the family and for all grades of cyclist.
